My dog has a sensitive tum. He is nearly 14 years old and lets us know that he has a tummy ache by crouching down while his tummy gurgles away. He always willingly takes these with a piece of cheese, then he feels much better. I would recommend these every time for dogs who sometimes have a rumbling tummy. It's as if he KNOWS when we tell him to come and get his tummy tablets that he will feel better quickly. I always keep some handy for him and have never found any medication that works so quickly and so gently for his sensitive tummy.
