I purchased this for a 4 year old's birthday and it was a hit. It's just difficult enough to be intereasting without being frustrating and an ideal starter set for someone just starting to play with the little legos!

My great grandson LOVES this toy and his great grandpa enjoys helping him with it. It is one of his favorites when he comes to visit. My great grandson just 4 years old put it together with the help of the picture book as soon as he got it out of the box.

Very easy to build; modern Lego instructions are easy enough for a 3yo to follow. Also some of the parts (like the truck chassis) are made from one piece, so fewer things to build. 3yo built it 95% on their own, with a little adult supervision/guidance. Nice addition to a Lego city collection

Fun Easter project for littles that love vehicles. We put this together in about 15-20 minutes. It has a base that doesn’t come apart so you don’t start from scratch like you do with other legos.Helps them feel like they are putting together a whole Lego project. This comes with 2 pieces the tow truck and car to tow and they both start with bases that you add onto.We love legos!

My grandson has loved Legos since he was 3. He’s 7 now and they are his go-to request for birthdays, Christmas, “being good” gift, and “chore money” spending. He puts them together rather quickly and is has surpassed the 9+ sets. My only complaint is they are pretty expensive, especially as they get more advanced.
