Great product
I like it except for the fact that it takes almost 10 hours to charge. I just keep it for charging at night and it's almost charged when i'm up. Very handy while traveling. Bulky but I don't mind.

Bulky but worth it.
Great capacity but it’s quiet bulky to use this as a travel charger. But it’s the case with higher capacities always. Comes with fast charging ports and takes forever to charge even with a fast charger.

now it's not getting charged also. Looks found defective.. replace same @Mumbai address available
Product is good. But charging cable was a wrong type. I need C type USB cable to charge my handset

Good product.
As the mAh is 15600 , it takes more time to be charged. Good quality and performance is satisfactory.

Stopped charging!
It used to charge my Pixel 2 just ok initially. Pixel 2 has 2700 mAh battery, so one would expect this 15400 power bank to last at least 4 full charge of the Pixel 2. But it only used to charge 1 full and 1 half or 60%. As my use was not heavy, I ignored it and thought may be it's just a one off or random thing. Mind you I use Anker's cable as well. But since last few days I am noticing that it is not even charging my phone. In fact, sometimes my phone's battery rapidly drains if I connect to the power bank. To test if it's issue with my device I first tested it with another company's power bank, and that worked well. So it is definitely issue with the power bank.I bought Anker's power bank in January 2021. So It's still in the warranty. I hope to get it checked from the company, and fix the issues or replace it.

A bit bulker than what I was looking for
I ordered this product as well as the Duracell PB10050 5002732 10050mAH Lithium Ion Powerbank and one compartision decided to keep the Duracell and return this one, as it was more bulky and heavier.

Durability, strength, quick, hard, powerful!
So I started working instacart which is why I wanted this. I have an iPhone 6s (bought it January 2016). Its battery does not last for whatever reason (CPU, memory, or just the battery). I need this for work as I am doing instacart 40+ hours a week. To last a full day my phone needs to be charged. I do charge my phone when I am driving in the car with the anker cable I have there and the plug for the car. But while I am in the store - I need battery life! So I do use both during the day because I don’t want to kill the battery that fast for two reasons1) having to recharge it2) worried that I dont have any option while in the store!I thought having to charge this bad boy up would take a long time but nope! I love that! I recharge it maybe once or twice a week depending how much I work (40-60hrs). I just leave it overnight charging on my counter and it is fully charged in the morning. I am not sure how many hours it takes but I’m sleeping anyways! Or I am home thus not a big deal for me. This easily charges my phone over 8 times from zero without plugging my phone into anything else. I LOVE THAT because it takes all my worries away. The other important parts to me1) doesn’t overheat. While I don’t leave this in the car. I was worried about it because doing instacart its going to be in the car and my car at times is hot because it is summer and I dont want to kill this because of heat contact2) I was walking my dog one day and someone else lost control of their dog. I had this with me in my hand while on the phone and walking my dog. At some point dropped it in the middle of the street while I lunged for the dogs to not attach each other. Hit the black asphalt of a street. Only got a few scratches and it works perfectly fine! Very durable! While I don’t expect that to happen again, durable in being hit was another issue for me because I make mistakes. I know I will. I won’t do it everyday but a few times a year will happen. I am human! So I am grateful that this and anker have my back! So I can work and make a living and move forward in my lifeTHANKFUL!

High capacity, durable battery.
I bought this to replace my old battery (not Anker), which had a much worse build quality. All of Anker's items are high-quality additions to anyone's backpack, but in particular, the PowerCore line of products are exceptional. I've dropped this battery a couple of times, and upon picking it up there has been no noticeable exterior damage, and all internal circuitry sounds and feels as though it is still intact. This battery also has enough juice to last you for most of a week, and charges quickly. The price tag may sway some away, but I can assure you that it is worth every penny. The only downside is the size, but most people probably have a purse, backpack, laptop bag etc. that they could stuff it in and be fine with.

Dropped a dozen times and hasn't phased it
This power pack is absolutely amazing. I bought it 9 months ago and use it daily and wanted to update my review.Pros:1. Durable: I have dropped this thing probably a dozen times on concrete and tile from 3 feet and it hasn't phased it a bit. Operates perfectly. Doesn't even show a mark.2. Reliable: charge it fully overnight and it is good for multiple charges for my Note 8.3. Multiple indicator lights to let you know how much charge is left in it.Cons:1. The case is smooth so it can be slippery at times. My only recommendation to Anker would be to have a surface that has more grip. But they do give you a drawstring carry case.Bottom line is I would buy this again in a heartbeat if I needed another one. And I have already had a friend buy one as well.

I had it replaced
I have had this product replaced by Anker themselves.A bit of a back story, I had this portable charger for close to a year - year and a half, and out of nowhere, it did not want to charge anymore. I tried different chargers and bricks but it did not want to work. I contacted Anker and they were super helpful! They were emailing me on how to troubleshoot, but it was then decided that the product did not work. Fortunately, Anker has an 18-month warranty on their products and I received a new charger without sending the old product back for certain reasons. This one has been working for me for a long time. Close to 4 years now and I still use it regularly. Charges my phone 4.5 times on a full charge. Great product and very helpful company!

Holds plenty of juice for multiple recharges of phone, ...
Holds plenty of juice for multiple recharges of phone, (older) kindle, etc. Able to charge two devices with no reduction in charging speed compared to just charging one. Cable that came with it is very tough, as I gave the cable to someone who's rough on cables, and it's not even showing signs of use. (Been using a different anker cable with the charger myself)Edit: rest of original review after update.Update:Anker customer service left a comment on my review asking me to contact them with further details about the charging speed issue. In trying to get screen shots to demonstrate the issue, I was unable to replicate it in 3 or 4 tries. I'm forced to assume that either it was a rare intermittent issue, or a bug with my phone's charging time estimate. As such, I'm upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars.Remainder of original review:My only complaint is with its charging output. While it's faster than a 1A charger, it's noticeably slower than a 2A charger, despite being rated at over 2A. I don't have access to an inline tester for usb, so I've no idea what the actual output is, but charging speed indicates it is less than rated.
