This is a solid little (good to check measurements carefully!) foam roller. I love that it is so easily carried with me for ready massage. The ball is great too. I like to alternate using them on feet (so good!) or my back or whatever aches. The black & red print is wonderfully snazzy looking. Lots of uses for easing nagging pain or just fatigue. Good all around!

I really like the hardness of this roller/ball combination. For the muscles that I can target this thing works just as I would hope. Unfortunately, the tiny size limits it to areas like my calves, quads, glutes, and IT bands. I can't effectively target my hamstrings, inner thighs or lower back with this. You can get an idea of the scale from my pics compared to an orange and a 36 in foam roller.Still, better than nothing and the size makes it easy to bring along on trips, which was the goal all along.

These are pretty basic and exactly as described. They are hard and have no “give” to them. They are also very light in weight. The surface isn’t knobbed but has a subtle texture. I like using the round ball against a wall to target my lower back. It feels awesome!

These are very tiny, but they work well. I have larger ones that I keep at home, but was wanting something I could travel with and these are perfect. I find I always have a need for a massage after a long travel day, so having the ability to bring these along is really nice. I do wish the foam were just a little softer though. This is a bit closer to hard plastic than foam, but it gets the job done.

These are hard. I actually ordered them for my glutes to try to get the nuts out. I saw it on a video. Some girl was doing it with the ball and they were great.
