PETKARAY Cat Window Perch, Foldable Cat Hammock for Window, Window Bed for Indoor Cats, Including Steel Bowl and Scratching Post

This is a wonderful set to make your cat(s) a window paradise! This came very neatly wrapped and sealed, and on opening it, the scratcher immediately caught my eye. This is real sisal, and a lot harder than scratchers you often get when you order online. This should last quite a bit longer with their claws and already got a lot of use immediately once being hung up. I don't trust suction cup installations usually, but these did seem secure if you carefully follow the instructions. I probably won't hang up the bowl, but it's a good idea if you have multiple pets to keep apart. The hammock perch is soooo soft, it's so nice to touch that I gave her that side on top. The perch folding away when not in use makes this very nice to pack away if your cat won't sleep up there at night. Overall, both the cat and I really like this set already, it's very well made, with quality materials.

I’ve tried cleaning the window and wetting the suction cups. But no matter what I do the stand will not stay on the window.

Iv'e had SO many hammocks and inevitably, if not right away, pop off or slip down. Aside from drilling into the wall (which you can't do on a window, lol) all of the hammocks I have tried wind up failing. The suction cups, 4 of them, strategically balance the weight of the hammock. This hammock also folds upwards so that you can close curtains or move out of the way. This is by a mile the first hammock I've ever owned that is as sturdy, well made and comfortable for my 2 cats. (which by the way can share it at the same time). I would give this hammock alone 5 stars easily. The only reason I'm deducting is the accessories it comes with. The water bowls is really nice but I wouldn't stick it to wall as I don't want it spilling when opening sliding window. If that's not an issue for you, then it's very nice quality and can be used without set up. The scatching post is supposed to also suction cup to the window and point horizontally. Not a chance that's gonna hold in the fashion for use. That said, these to me are considered 'extras' and by no means should detour from this amazing hammock, alone it's worth it for sure.

So at first when I put this on one of the lower windows that I have in my home the cat was just not interested in it at all. Then after about a week, she got a little curious and jump up on it and it held on to the window. Since then, that has been her place to sleep and hang out all day and only sometimes gets down to get water and some food. When ever the dog wants to play, the cat will have nothing to do with the dog and just looks out the window and I think she is plotting her escape but I guess she is happy looking out the window and watching the birds and other dogs walk by in our neighborhood.

The scratching post took two attempts, had to reboil the suction cups, but once it's on it's on and no issues at all with the other parts. They look great and, in particular, the hammock takes up very little visual space which is great. Everybody is still getting used to them but they're holding firm through exploration and just time in general. It's really nice to have more window options, it's a great way to add space to a room without having to drill into walls.

I set it up pretty much like you see it in the picture at first. In the middle of the night, I heard a boom. The scratching post came down. I hope there wasn't a cat underneath it. I don't have a way to know. It doesn't want to stay on the window. Now I'm leery of all of the pieces falling off. I don't want a cat to fall off due to faulty suction cups. I've taken the set down for now until I can figure out if I can replace the suction cups or something.

Easy to assemble and attach. Cat loves it!

Can’t trust my cats on this - it never stays stuck on the windows. I’ve washed, dried, scraped, bleached, cleaned, etc many different windows & patio doors in my house and nothing works. No way will i trust my cats on these pieces!
