Good product for marathons and ultras, have tried it and it’s a must for longer running format races. It works well, easy to digest. I have the gel followed by water. Value for money.

The reason why this product gets only 4 / 5: 1. Inside contents: The product is great! Taste is amazing! I tried two flavours - salted caramel and espresso.Gives enough energy during run/ride/exercise to last for 40 minutes. the product gets 4/5. The product is made up of double the contents of what one shot of GU Gel contains. Yet it provides same amount of energy for the same time that one GU Gel serving gives. Also it can be made more thicker so that entire product can be consumed quickly while running or cycling in one gulp. These aspects of thickness and amount of energy can be improved further by the company. 2. Product packing - 0 / 5. A big no to the packing of this product. It actually hurts while putting the package in your mouth to swallow the contents. The sharp edges of the packing can cut the lips. Also the package is too wide! It seriously needs to be considered. 3. I like the fact that its made in India and can give tough competition to imported gels if improved further.

Having tried Gu gels multiple times and it not having worked well for me I decided to give rrun a try. As an existing rrun protein powder user I am satisfied with the quality of that product and believe that this is a reliable brand. Not only is this chapter than Gu, I liked the consistency, had higher liquidity than GU and goes down well for me. Purchased a pack of 6 and used 3 for a 30k race, wasn't feeling wasted by the end of the race and there were no GI issues either. I'll be looking to upgrade to a bigger pack next time!

The best energy gel in Indian market

This is an excellent product. I was a bit skeptical but bought it because my favorite gel was not available online. I was pleasantly surprised to find it worked as well and the texture is more liquid so easier to swallow while running. I will definitely buy it again.

Really great product. Felt orange flavor better than cappuccino flavor. Energy boost up during long runs ensured, felt no side effect or discomfort. It is very smooth on stomach. Only one suggestion, the packet edges are slightly sharper, so when we run and try to have it, it is causing difficulty. Please look in to it. Regards.

It's like having a Caramel Popcorn at the cinema (without the popcorn of course). It's super effective and nutrient-dense. The price may seem a little higher than Fast and Up. But Fast and Up contains only sugars and no other necessary on race nutrients and doesn't taste great.

Really hits the spot in terms of giving an energy boost while running.
