How come it doesn't stay on? You have to hold the button down the entire time

You should only need to press the button to get it to turn on. If it's not staying on, there could be an issue with the brush, and it needs to be replaced.

How do i change the batteries?

Flip it upside down I used a coin in the slot turned and the top pops right out. Change battery. Press it back and turn to its original state

The PP is incorrect. It’s ages 3+ and not for children under 3.
