Quite a bit disappointed. I had ordered black colour but recieved silver insted , bricels are really soft and good its been a month i am using it design is handy fits comfortable in hand i have curly hair so i like it

The ball tips came apart after 2 months
The appearance is gud... Easy to use on not too thick hair. But....ball tips on the bristles came apart in 2 months... And then it became painful on the scalp.

Would not recommend.
Initially, it worked well, but within a short time, the soft rounded tips started coming off. Now, the exposed sticks are rough on the scalp, causing irritation and discomfort. Most of them are damaged, making it painful to use. Poor durability and not worth the money.
