Nice fleece but it’s made for the kind of muzzle that you attack to your own halter

Standard: Completely useless. Doesn't fit any part of the Best Friend grazing muzzle. You can possibly use it to pad the poll piece of the halter but it's too short for that purpose also, and it also has a small gap in the middle that traps dirt and debris.Deluxe: A rectangular piece with four velcro straps. Looks nothing like the picture, but can be positioned on the inside of the muzzle and strapped to it with velcro, providing padding for the nose or the jaw areas. The size is about a half of what's on the picture and there is no gap. The picture could potentially be taken with two deluxe pieces on each side of the muzzle with a gap between them, except you would want them on the inside of the muzzle rather than the outside.Both items are ridiculously overpriced.

It didn’t work with my muzzle but I added Velcro tape and was able to make it work.

If it is real wool, I'm shocked as the quality feels like synthetic. I'm not sure why people are saying it does not fit their best friend grazing muzzle. I have a large horse grazing muzzle from best friend and it fits just fine I also have a tough on i'm not sure why people are saying it does not fit their best friend grazing muzzle. I have a large horse grazing muzzle from best friend and it fits just fine I also have a Tough 1 easy breath large horse and it fits fine. I attached pictures that show it on each of my muscles, and it fits just fine.But for about $5 more you can order the Merino wool Sheepkin(attached to piece of leather instead of synthetic backing. It's designed the same way with the hook loop closure attachment, although, it is a little bit longer so it will cover around the face a little bit more. Oh well, it will be OK for a back up.

I love these fleece covers. They truly stop the muzzles from rubbing my ponies. This is the best product so far that stays soft and works.

My pony wears a muzzle 24/7 do to the fact he gains weight just by looking at food. I tried sewing fleece around his muzzle in the past and not only did it take forever to do, but it did not hold up. I swap out the fleece liners about every 3 months and he hasn't gotten rubbed at all. In fact, he healed up from rubs from where he had them from my "art project created liner". These are cheap enough to swap every few months but do the job intended as well. Unfortunately they were out of stock at one point which caused me to "stock up" once amazon had them available again.I would definitely recommend this to someone looking in muzzle relief for their horse or pony.

DO NOT WASH IT.... the one I washed came all a part. Still is a good cover and helps prevent rubs for the most part. When it gets dirty I just use a hose, some dish soap, and do a light scrubbing. Then let it air dry. Why cant there be a muzzle that doesn't rub?! If you've found one - I need to know!

One long Velcro strip is attached horizontally instead of shorter 4 vertical straps. It would not even wrap around my standard muzzle!
