This kit has been awesome. My only issue was that I overtightened the toms and the plastic started giving out. I reached out through email to see about getting replacements, and was responded to very quickly. I sent images over of the broken parts, and within I kid you not, 24 hours I had my replacement toms. I am so amazed by the service on Hambacks end. I got to meet some of their staff at Namm this past year. I highly recommend these kits. Thank you guys!

I bought this set for my 10 year old son as a replacement for the set he started on. This was a real upgrade, especially the variety of sounds and programability of the module, the extra crash and tom (compared to most beginning sets), and the dual triggers on everything plus the choke on the cymbals. The hi hat feels about as real as an acoustic one, with all the height and play adjustments that you would expect. As others have stated, the assembly instructions were a bit tricky, but once we got it up and running it was great for 3 months of daily use...until we came out to the garage to jam and found that one of the toms had a crack in the fastener and was drooping down. I contacted the company through Amazon and they responded promptly and sent us a full replacement tom at no charge. It was a bummer that it broke but Hampback stood by their warranty. I would recommend this kit to beginning to intermediate drummers. It comes with sticks but no throne, sounds great through headphones or amplifier.

I bought this as a gift for my son’s 15th birthday, and it turned out to be a great choice. I had never heard of the HAMPBACK electronic drum brand before, but my son absolutely loves it. He plays for about two hours every day and really enjoys the experience. For around $500, it’s a solid set and definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for a quality electronic drum kit at a reasonable price.

I’ve been looking at getting this kit for MONTHS. I finally got it.The instructions are not instructions, I advise everyone to go to Hampbacks website to the ACE-360 section and watch the assembly video. Otherwise you will probably not have any idea on what to do.The kits and sounds of this kit are definitely usable. I would have no problem using them for practicing or playing along to songs. Although, when gigging I want to try to use kits that would be played through or loaded in to the sound module to get better kits. If I wouldn’t do that then it wouldn’t be the end of the world.If you build it right, then this thing can be sturdy and nice looking. I set it up a little angled/ crooked but it’s no big deal. (Just make sure every single tightening lug on the rack is a little tighter than finger tight)This kit is definitely worth buying. Just make sure you inform yourself before you buy if you’re a beginner.

I’ve had these drums for 3 months and the 2 ten inch Tom’s have stopped working. For the amount of money I paid for these, I would expect them to last a lot longer than 3 months. It’s very unfortunate because that was all of my money I had saved to get these drums. I am learning and know I have a $600 drum set I cannot use. I am very disappointed that I cannot get any support for these. If I could get the 2 toms replaced, I will send back the 2 toms that don’t work and this can become a 5 start rating. Help please 🙏

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. The new Hampback brand of drums are really great for kids. Very stable stand, silicone drum pads with choke function, all mesh pads, even rim shot function. What surprised me the most is that Hampback offers a standalone pedal for the price. It would cost $200 just to buy a standalone cymbal. I really like this drum set. Highly recommended.

After trying to figure out the supposed to be PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS, I figured it out the day after I started trying to put it together. After I put the frame together, the only thing I had an issue with was the hi hat at which was not easy to figure out. Then I noticed one of the cymbals cable was missing. I had to go purchase a cord from a music store which costed me another $25. The drum set sounds great now so far.Seller responded & we worked out a solution.
