Same old softies
I've been wearing almost nothing but these since 2009. They're not the most attractive shoes, but it was the only thing I could find that didn't irritate my pinky toes (getting the extra wide size in a shoe size up) coming off narrow Converse One Stars in high school, where my toes ate through the sides of those shoes. I've considered changing to others a couple times but just come back to these for the sake of comfort. I do add high arch supports under the insole (which was glued down this time). However, this time, I feel like the interior fabrics are wearing down faster. This might be because I decided to go a 1/2 size smaller than usual, because I've always been buying them big for more toe box space. I will be going up again with my next pair, which will hopefully solve the issue. I should be a size 7.5 regular width (I've even been told my feet are narrow), but I've long been getting these in 8.5 (currently 8) extra wide width--and that has suited me well. Most people will not have these special needs though.

Shoe laces are too short
I love sketchers skid proof shoes and have worn them for years but these last 2 pair that I have bought have come with shoelaces that are way too short!! I could not even tie them they are so short. I mean really Sketcher?? What is the deal?? I am so very disappointed. I guess its time to find a new brand to wear.

sketchers women work shoes
Ok so I normally wear a 7.5/8 depening the brand, so I ordered a 8W in these and I do have a little extra room, although if I would've ordered a smaller size they most likely wouldnt have fit. These are very stylish for work shoes, and very comfortable. Im a heavier set young women and im on my feet everyday 8+ hours these help more then any other shoe I have tried to comfort my feet with. Another neat thing is the sole can be removed in these and you can get your own inserts that accommodate your feet of the ones provided dont do enough. I love these shoes. Even make me a little taller ;)Update: wayyyy later I'm now buying a 2nd pair of these I love them so much!

Won't last a year
These were great for the first 6 or 7 months. I work in retail, on my feet for 6-7 hours on a hard floor 4-5 days a week so I expected these to last longer than they did. I've had Merrill's that lasted 2 years. I wear inserts because I over pronate yet I developed plantar fascitis suddenly about 3 weeks ago and I blame these shoes. I went to a store to try on New Balance and Asics since they seem to be highly recommended for this condition. I ended up liking the Brooks Ariel shoes. when I put these Sketchers back on I felt instant pain. I've had other Sketchers with inserts in the past and never had a problem. They also lasted longer. I figured a work shoe would be built better but apparently not. Don't waste money on these if you have any feet issues. Just spend the extra money on the higher end shoes like the ones I mentioned. You'll end up spending more money in the long run anyway since these will break down on you faster & cause bigger problems with your feet.

But I got used to them over time and I wear them to walk around all day at work for 8 hours straight pretty much. I think I woul
Going from a very flat, worn in shoe to this was a little hard to get used to. These are big and clunky and perhaps I made a mistake in getting them wide, which was my fault. It only made them feel bigger. But I got used to them over time and I wear them to walk around all day at work for 8 hours straight pretty much. I think I would still prefer a slightly less heavy shoe, since it feels like I'm being weighed down.

Good shoe
My daughter is on concrete floor for her shifts , normally 8 hrs, sometimes more. These shoes fit her as expected. However, her feet are still sore after she wears these. We're going to get some inserts and see if that helps. I don't think it's the shoes actually hurting her feet, just that she's on them so long, on concrete. She says these shoes are comfortable to wear though.

If they are just slip resistant or also oil slip resistant.
Shoes are very comfortable, have pretty good arch support. They should have a removable insole offered. I like thw style of the shoe. They are good for kitchen work.

These are very comfortable and sturdy sneakers
I have been wearing these for about 2 weeks and they are comfortable and very study and that is good for me since I am very hard on sneakers. I go through them very quickly. I will update if there are any changes.
