Who: purchased for female 6'1" tall, 175lbs, low waist measurement 31", inseam 35"What: Navy blue "Basketball" shorts. Came successfully. No weird smells or defects. Soft and great quality. Nice and long. They are light weight but not seethrough.When: arrived in a timely manner (used 2-day Prime)Why: needed something to sleep in and run around the house in. Nice fit, but kinda shiny
I bought these for my teenage son and while he liked the fit, the length and the deep pockets he said they were too "shiny" and looked "like a disco ball." I wouldn't go quite THAT far, but they are pretty shiny.. I was going to return them, but my husband liked them and is not averse to shiny shorts. :-)

A good choice for shorts.
Very comfortable and pockets have sufficient space for keys and phone (and other stuff too if you don't mind your pockets looking like the cheeks of a chipmunk gathering for winter). I don't use these for any athletic activity other than maybe hiking, so I don't know how they hold up there. But if you need something for lounging and also want pockets to keep your stuff on you these are good.

Works for WOMEN TOO! Good product at a very good price.
I bought these to use during my seniors aerobics class. Wanted something loose and comfortable....light-weight and below the knee. I am a size 18 woman in pants, and purchased the XL. They fit fine. AND they have pockets!! Yes....they are fairly thin, but not thin enough to see through. Overall for the price, you can't beat them. They may not be "glam", but they do the job and don't break the bank doing it. I'm sure that you can spend LOTS more money for the same item with a "logo" on them, ......but WHY??

Just hope you get the right size and shorts labeled correctly.
I have multiple pairs of these shorts. The other large all fit as they should, this pair was more like an xl-xxl size. Contacted the company, they replied quickly stated they will look into it. In the mean time I ordered from a competitor site, came as a package deal 4 shorts, 4 different colors. Had same issue, 3 of the 4 fit perfect, 4th was super big. Had to return them as I returned this pair. They are nice shorts, just hope you get the pair that is sized and labeled correctly.

Perfect length for a teenager
These shorts are great for men and teenagers . My husband and son who is tall 14 Yrs old refuse to wear and I refuse to allow them to wear shorts above the knee . The shorts anymore are always like that and they remind me of a grandpa . It took time to find shorts that work in length . I guessed with the inches I a no idea really as my son has just moved to men's sizes but I now know that the inches need to be at least 10" 11" to be a good fit no shorter . No 9" and my son is approximately 5 '5" maybe 5 '6" or 7" around that . So if you want shorts real basketball shorts that aren't cocky cutters on the man or your lil man in your life these are a perfect buy . By the way wonderful price durable great quality and washed well . So far since purchase has worn and washed about 7-8 xs and no fading or shrinking look like we just purchased . Wil by again when some more colors my son like are in his size . Have already gone back after 1st buy for the other 3 colors He likes . Grab them you'll be glad you did .

Good basic shorts
Good basic shorts with a good length. They are lightweight, but don't feel see-through at all. I haven't washed them a million times yet, but they don't seem at all flimsy or fragile. I bought five pairs, and the only one I'm going to return is the Starting 5 Ebony, which was really shiny. Some of the colors have the logo in white on the lower portion of one leg, but others have it stitched in the same color, which I prefer.

Long Enough for the Talls!
Excellent fit! My son is 6’2” and about 165 pounds. He’s tall and thin and it is always hard to find shorts and pants that are long enough for him. These shorts do the trick! They come just past his knees, which is what he was looking for. Now he is all set for band camp next week! I will definitely be ordering more!
