Really works. Keeps me from getting leg cramps. It works well on muscle sprains. It works well in my hip.

I had been having issues going to and staying asleep after recovering from a bad cough. I was a zombie and was willing to try just about anything. I had read someone’s recommendation to spray this on your feet before bed but l was skeptical. I had tried magnesium pills but those worked with unpleasant side effects. This spray helped me fall asleep more quickly and l slept through the night the very first night. I am on day 4 and same result every night. I felt very well rested and do not seem to have any negative side effects. I wore fuzzy socks on my feet to avoid getting any oil on my sheets. And l don’t even care if it does end up staining my sheets since the trade off is getting much needed rest! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help staying asleep. Note: l believe l have sleep apnea and at the very least have a hard time ‘shutting down my brain’ at night. I even stopped tossing and turning. I don’t know how this spray works, all l know is that it DOES!

This is a great product and it does work to help alienate pain in sore muscles, but it is not a miracle spray! Keep your expectations at an achievable level and you will be very, very pleased with this product. It is perfect for when you wake up in the middle of the night with stiff/sore joints! I spray this on and massage it in and I am able to fall back asleep much easier. That is why I bought it in the first place, after hearing it was good for pains. I will likely continue to purchase and keep this in my medicine cabinet.

I got this to help with leg cramps at night. I have honestly noticed a reduction in the number of times I wake up with them. I put it on the bottom of my feet and cover with socks before laying down. Good product I will continue to use.

I have read so many articles of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency; so I wanted to get the recommended daily allowance without having to throw more food in my diet. I love that I can get my magnesium by NOT swallowing a pill. The first time I put it on I put a couple of sprays in the same area. It felt itchy. Now I spray it in different places and don't feel the itch.

I've been using it on my legs and under my feet. The slight sting from the lotion doesn't worry me as I've experienced this sensation with other brands too. The product works in that it calms down my restless leg symptoms, which helps me to fall asleep. It's only recently that I've noticed a blistering under my feet. I've either developed an allergy to it, or the oil is too concentrated. For that reason, I won't use it again, neither will I recommend it.

Through pregnancy I've had horrible restless leg syndrome and my midwife recommended this. It worked wonders! it stung at first on the calves, but I researched this is due to low magnesium in the system. My prenatal only offers 125mg and I'm allowed up to 350mg. I did 2 sprays on each calf, as it spreads generously. It obviously needed if it stung! Another great benefit was I slept comfortably and for a long time (8 hours!!) - which has been unheard of this pregnancy as I've suffered terribly with insomnia. I also tried it the next morning on other sore muscles on my neck and it instantly number the achey / bruised feeling. So I am very impressed with this products results. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and wish I knew about it sooner, but pleased it's helping me keep comfortable and rested in the third trimester. I will buy it again if I run out before birth and definitely recommend to other pregnant people.
