This came in like new condition. Easy set up from start up screen. Can't say on battery life as haven't used it long enough, but charged quickly. Nice, clean, solid little laptop running Windows Pro (and not the cut down S version). Quick, great sound, clear crisp monitor. Overall very pleased. I'd only have preferred some documentation in the box. There was nothing but the computer packed in the original Dell box.Updated 3.19.24.I've had the laptop a few weeks now, and it is working excellently. Taking it to the class I teach, it flawlessly connected to the smart TV on hdmi cable, without having to go to settings and screen cast. It also flawlessly found the facility's WiFi and connected. The battery is sufficient. It won't last anywhere close to 13 hours unless you have it on battery saver mode which darkens the screen a bit but is still useable. I need a brighter screen for casting, so have to leave it on full mode, which is sufficient , but then I doubt 13 hours. It does drain noticeably but I think I'd get a good 4 hours of continuous work on it at full resolution and battery and maybe 6 to 8 on battery saver. I'll upgrade that at a later date after I've used the battery more.I'm impressed. It is doing what it's supposed to do very well, like a new computer at a stellar price.

Got this product refer it is exactly what I expected. A great notebook at a great price.

For a small, refurbished laptop this little thing is a gem for the price. very fast, screen is sharp and bright and the touch screen is excellent.

This is right for the price for use as emergency tablet

I'm very impressed with this laptop. Certainly not super-powerful, but more than adequate for daily tasks. And it was in excellent cosmetic condition and came with a genuine Dell power supply.

Was not expecting such quality in a laptop. I have a high end dell laptop, but I use the smaller ones while sitting and watching TV.

I have been using this for more than a month now and bought it specifically for work to write notes and obtain signatures. It was easy to set up and have exactly what I need at my fingertips. The keyboard is comfortable and easy to use. The touchscreen works well and isn't overly sensitive. I would definitely recommend it!

It's a heavy computer for its size, probably because of the battery--which has quite a long charge life. I like the keyboard (I touch type) and it's perfect for what I need it for.
