I use them at bed time and sometimes in the middle of the night to help with my dry mouth. They work well for me, but I'm a bit biased since my company makes them.

Are these made in China like their chewing gum is?

Their website says the origin is China. They are made from non-GMO corn, not birch.

What is "natural flavors" ? apparently you can legally call some very unhealthy ingredients natural flavors.

The natural flavor in the peppermint mints includes peppermint oil and menthol (mint extract).

How should these mints be used?

We recommend using 4 of them after meals or snacks. We also recommend letting them slowly dissolve although chewing them is fine too.
