I'll admit I don't have low Back ache, my purpose for buying this was I needed some ht for my chair as it too short for my table. My work requires sitting long hours, I preferred it to be comfortable and durable. So I decided to shell out a little extra & try this out. (I bought the medium 90kg version) Right after my purchase, I received a call from them. I was extremely pleased they wanted to know my requirements so that they could recommend the best product for me. Loved their enthusiasm in customer satisfaction. 5star support, they assured me they will were willing to let me try what I'd ordered & if I was not satisfied, I could replace it with a more suitable one. They then sent me a whatsapp text so I could get back easily. Keep in mind, I didn't call/mail them before or after my purchase, this was their extra effort & it deserves special mention. The product arrived before expected date as per tracking, it was decently packed. I had few concerns regarding the durability of foam, if it would sink in as height was most important to me. This is my review after few weeks of use : (1) This is quite comfortable to sit on, not too soft that it sinks in which is bad for your spine nor is it too hard. (2) I went for one without gel as I felt it would be useless since I'll be sitting long & the gel will keep cool only for initial few mins. When I saw, I felt the material on seat is not very suited for hot temperatures, but I found it has adequate air pockets (mesh design), so it did not heat up as I expected it to. (3) This is a perfect fit for standard plastic chairs and so it's a good investment considering you can use it on multiple chairs. At same time, as I mentioned earlier this adds considerable height, so now those plastic chair could fit most standard study/office desks. However, you may find leaning back a bit uncomfortable if your chair is already designed for lumbar curvature. (4) Though I don't have low back ache, I'm a modern medicine practitioner & I feel this design would be helpful to those with coccyx (tail bone) pain, but please place it the right way. I've seen many reviews here with wrong placement. (the u shaped air gap is meant for coccyx (butt) and not corresponding to your thigh. (refer pics) (5) Surface is contoured and not flat, which helps you to sit in proper position with comfort for longer periods. Overall, I would rate this a good investment if you require to sit for more than 3-4hrs or experience pain during travel in our pot hole filled roads. Please note : This is not therapeutic for lower back ache, the design will only provide relief compared to sitting on other less compliant surfaces. As a definitive management I request you to consider visiting a qualified orthopedic surgeon/ Neuro to treat the cause. You could use this to adjust height of chair like me as other chair cushions available are guaranteed to give to discomfort on sitting for long, I know because I've tried. Product is soft, and quality of velvet cover is good. Size is also okay. The plastic cover cum bag is nice. Because it's a type of cushion, it got deeply pressed when we sit on it but regain its shape quickly when we get up. Good for tail bone healing.

Have been using this continuously for a week now and have a few pointers to share 1. The product is soft and comfy but suitability is not standard across chairs and may leave your lower back stressed 2. Though the product brochure and suggested usage also carries car chair, I have not found this to be particularly useful. Again the point to make here is around product suitability for the car chair position - not suitable for sedans or hatchbacks owing to their low seating position, might be good for SUVs with a high seating position 3. Ideal usage should include a back support clubbed awith this, might increase the package cost but definitely worth buying in pairs. Also, a word around ideal seating position and chairs suitable should add credence to the product overall acceptability. I had bought two, one for me and another for my mother who's been suffering from slipped disc condition for as long as I can remember but have just not been able to find a common ground for a continued usage.

I have been using this product from past 6 months.. you need to accustom yourself to this thing..might be painful for a couple of days afterwhich it is really useful. I use it to sit on chairs and do yoga as well. The memory foam is of good quality. Helps in alleviating coccyx pain very well. Not useful for driving though and nor will it help with the jerks if any on Indian roads. But again you need something different for driving purpose. Overall a great product and price is apt for its quality. Would recommend.

Memory foam: Is so firm and soft Thickness: Good for Coccydynia Hardness: Not too hard but feeling comfortable while you seat. Value for money: Little bit high rate..

Highly uncomfortable when used in driving seat. Kindly avoid this unless you have cocyix pain issues.

My search after trying lots of wedge cushions finished once i tried Grin Coccyx cushion. There are no cons. Pros: -Durable -comfortable -looks classy -most importantly it helped me lower the tailbone pain. ADDED USP IS THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have to say this BIG brands should learn from Grins how to make your customer satisfy. 'My Cushion was replaced with the heavy one by the Company person without Amazon involvement and without me spending any extra money. And the heart they put out to provide you the best service is commendable. ' I seriously recommend people if they are looking for a coccyx cushion this is the best bet.
