I purchased this item from Amazon seller (Electronics Bazaar store) and paid an additional ₹30 specifically for gift packaging and personalised message However, the item was delivered without any gift wrap or gift box. Charging extra for a service and then not providing it is unacceptable and disappointing. This reflects poor service quality and a lack of attention to customer commitments. I have given three star for the funskool product. Product is good delivery by amazon is also good.
