Fun and powerful. The 750 watt motor easily handles all the hills here in Central Oregon. Solid! Easy to assemble and admired wherever I go. It is big .... transporting it has been a challenge but I found a 72" x 36" hitch carrier. A lot less than a trailer. Lots of combinations of pedal assist .... or just use the throttle!

I’m not big on writing reviews but I’m so blown way by this trike. My first ride was to the post office 3/4 mile away down hill (my car coast down at 50mph) I get my mail and start home I didn’t expect to do 18.5mph up hill but it did.I had one thing that needed attention one of fender bracelet was bent and rubbing the tire it had to be fixed. So i contacted customer support explain what’s was wrong they suggested if i felt i could do my self they would send me a phone holder as ordering just a bracket couldn’t take a long time. So I did myself came out pretty good. The packing on this trike was very good no wiggling parts. So bent fender bracket had to done before it was boxed up.in China.About the trike it is well made and very solid first thing out of the box is I charge the battery. What there is in putting it together is easy especially if you have real tools not the cheap stuff they send you. The hardest thing and really wasn’t hard it’s you are working blind is putting the basket on you can’t see the top and the bottom at the same time. I can’t tell you times i drop that little nut and washer but i got it doneAnyway don’t be afraid to buy this trike put it together and start having some fun. That was why I bought it in the first place. I can’ tell you already that it’s going to be that.If you ride around traffic put som safety light on it having ridden motorcycles be seen and remember Driver License are not issued on IQ there are some pretty bad drivers out there.HAVE FUNI wanted to add to this I have watch many unboxing of electric trikes on YouTube no brand I have watch packs there trikes as well as Addmotor it’s not just way it’s packed but use of high quality materials

I have had many bikes, trikes and electric bikes. The Arisetan 360 is a BEAST of them all! So much fun and so easy to control! Would recommend this to anyone, I feel like I am on a trike motorcycle and WOW… the fun it is to ride! Comfort at the BEST!

So the trike itself is good. It will last about 1500miles before any of the electronic start going back. I have had 2 that died around the 1500 mile mark. I run a bike shop so it’s no big deal when a part goes bad, except when it comes to addmotor. Their customer service is garbage. One of my customers brought his trike in to me because he got too frustrated with their service team. When I went to deal with them they dragged on my request for a replacement controller for a month before shipping me one. The call center has nothing to offer in a way of assistance, you have to email for any real help. Even though the call center holds normal US hours the email team only email between 1-3 A.M. so that an exchange or 2 emails takes 2 days. This is the is a big reason as to why I had to have my customer’s trike sitting for an over month in my shop. I normally have a turn over time of 1-3 days in my shop when dealing with e-bikes. I spent $200 for a controller and $20 in shipping so that I could get it in 2-4 business days. They say they sent me the wrong tracking number but it came a week late and only after I had to tell them that they sent it over 2000 miles away from me and that I needed a new one overnighted.

The trikes feel like high quality. The customer service was spot on as well. Very easy to put together as well since most of it is put together for you. Once the battery was charged, took it for a ride and rode like a dream. Turns are scary at first but once you get use to the fact your not got to tip, it turns into a blast.These trikes really turn heads as well. I'm always getting comments about how good the trike looks. If you have mobility issues, like my wife. These are perfect to get them back outside and exercising.A++
