Then I placed second order for different color and received a seal packed item. This radio is descent and have a good sound output only issue I have seen is that FM reception is not good if you are sitting in house in few of the station you can hear noise clearly. Update: I got a call from the owner of Pagaria and it was surprise to me to see he is so serious about the product. We have a 30 minute discussion about the FM reception issue i am facing and he explain me the technical term behind the reception. After using the product from last few day i can say product is solid and not having any issue it might be some external interference issue.
