Not very comfortable.
Bought it 6 years ago for med school, occassional usage throughout medschool, and daily usage during house surgeoncy, and my god the ear pieces just poke into your ear, I wasn't able to put it on for more than a minute at a time. they're just too tight.

Bang for the buck - Comfortable, elegant, works great
After years of using a cheap steth and having it destroyed, I decided to make this purchase seeing its highly rated on Amazon. And this one is bang for the buck. Yes, yes, my friend’s littman is better obviously but its just a little better. And I’m unsure whether the degree of increase in quality warrants an extra 6k out of my pocket. Plus being a student this would do for me i guess. I Brought the navy blue variant thinking it will go great with blue scrubs.This steth is easy on the ears, with the right amount of stiffness and flexibility between the ear tubes, the anodised ear tube gives it a chick look i personally liked, the tubing seems to be made out of quality rubber and it works well picking up most of the sounds. An extra set of ear pieces and a diaphragm is provided inside. Also dont forget to register it in the Indosurgicals website within 7 days for warranty. A luxurious improvement over the cheaper steths ive been using for sometime without burning a hole in my pocket as it might have been the case with say a Littman.
