This is a decent product at this price. The knives and scissors are of good quality. The wooden stand is good but not upto the mark. My stand had saw dust inside the sockets would suggest to clean it before use.

Good stand and knife

I have been using it for almost a month now. I don't plan to make it a permanent or a staple for my kitchen, wherever I travel. But, for someone who is changing places (students, campers, travelers, etc.) who like to cook their meals and order less from outside, this might be a great temporary kitchen solution.Pros:* The knives & scissors work well. I KNOW, because I have been using them to chop, cut and pare a lot, even pineapples. Just use a proper cutting-board and the knives will work okay.Cons:* The wooden block is shaky as hell.My solution: I double-side taped it to a corner.* Not suitable for people not using cutting-boards or planning to buy a knife-set for long-term.

The scissors are not so sharp. But the knives are great for seldom use and can be used for cutting soft fruits and other soft items. Overall great product 🙂

Since I purchased this set for my new kitchen, it has been a great boon for me to have this set of scissors and knives. Only one knife is less used rest of the knives are being used daily to cut vegetables and fruits. A pair of scissors is most useful and handy tool in kitchen to cut open amazon cartons, cut fabric and paper etc. Would highly recommend all women to have this set, if they do not have a pair of scissors in their kitchen. The cutting of vegetable and everything you need to cut becomes easy.

Well I have been using knives and their blades for long .... howbee the details which are show doesn't match with what we have here. I have bought a new knives holder with knives in it .... I have my prestige one earlier which was used for 7 years but it just died on me .. the first one was amazing with bigger knives however this new one I just ordered for 279 ... I thought it will be good howbee it was short, knives are small rather then big ones .. we got a peeler knives and the length is smaller then I expected ... I wish they show the true pictures so that it gives us the true idea about the product ... it's unfair to show bigger knives and share small knives

The negatives of the product are - it's small in size, the pictures displayed is deceptive. Lack expected sturdiness, handles are of substandard quality. Scissors quality is equally bad and is vulnerable to break if used with an abnormal forceThe only positive of the product is it's fair priced
