It's not very sturdy.

Basic bench
The bench is 2 stars because we can use it for basic things workouts however it is not strong and sturdy, it cannot be used for exercises that utilise heavy weights it wobbles. And the hip extension part is not the most comfortable to use. Limited functionality but does the basics as mentioned.
