Cleaning performance is excellent, though the 200 ml water tank finishes quickly and a larger tank would be better. Comes with two nozzle tips and offers good overall value

Nice product, no any complaints and problem in use. Easy to use and it cleans the gums with multiple modes, long battery life. It is perfect for daily use and travel. Problem of tooth ache due to stuck of food particles in gums vanished.

I received this water flosser recently, and unfortunately the unit is defective right out of the box — water leaks steadily from the water tank (see attached photos). This isn't a case of misuse; the leak is clearly a manufacturing/build defect. What's more disappointing is Amazon's response. My replacement request was rejected despite clear evidence of the defect, and there's no return policy on this listing either, leaving me stuck with a non-functional product. It's worth noting that the delivery agent only inspects whether all accessories are in the box — the product itself isn't checked for functionality, so defects like this go unnoticed until it's too late to return. I'd caution other buyers to test the product immediately on delivery, in front of the delivery agent if possible, since even a "delivered successfully" tag doesn't mean the unit actually works. Very disappointing experience overall, both with the product quality and the post-purchase support.

Using the ORACURA water flosser has honestly improved my oral hygiene routine a lot. It gives a really deep clean and removes food particles that brushing alone misses. After every use, my mouth feels much fresher and cleaner. The pressure settings are good, it’s easy to use, and the battery backup is impressive too. Definitely a great addition to daily dental hygiene.

Do not buy this. Does not charge and so is useless after one month or so.

My only concern , water passes on the power and setting buttons while brushing. I am wondering how this can work in long run . I got this flosser as I wanted good quality which can last for long time. with this design I am not sure.

Good, complete product. Proper manual and good packaging. Once you set the device up according to your preferences, it is easy in daily use. It memorises the pressure etc. I read reviews of people whose flosser just stopped. The cause might be an overcharged battery. The flosser should be charged with a low output charger, e.g. a computer rather than a high output cell phone charger.
