Good pack. Got it for detox bath. 400gm in bath tub in tolerable warm water. 45 minute soaking will relieve from toxins and joint pain. 3 times a week recommended for good result. Removes uric acid depositions from joints and infuses magnesium in blood through skin pores. Result: Good sleep, no joint pain, feeling energetic.

Even though it says for gardening it can be used for relieving tired feet & achy body parts. 1/2 cup Epsom salt for a bucket of warm water; can add couple drops of essential oil if desired. Soak for 15-20 minutes or till water gets cold. Cheap & effective.

This substance does wonders for the plants. I bought my mom a packet, which she dilutes and sprays on her plants as well as sprinkles some into the soil. Her vegetables have shown a tremendous improvement and so have the flowers. I have repeated the order for her.
