This has been a wonderful addition to my self-care routine! It feels so soothing and helps relieve tension in my neck while promoting a brighter complexion. I love the gentle heat and light therapy features, which leave my skin looking refreshed. It’s a perfect way to unwind after a long day and pamper myself at home!

I ordered this JNLODGE Neck and Face Massager so I could try to do to my face some of the things that the spa sometimes does to treat those areas, without having to spend the time and money to go to a spa.The trade off is not equivalent, but I do like some of the feature of this very compact appliance.The vibration modes are great. The back and forth motion of the contoured “applicator” of the light and vibrations is very soothing.Since I have not been using the machine for long, I have no idea if the light treatments are doing anything. Time will tell, I guess.The biggest drawback to the device is the lack of cogent directions. I have read and re-read the user pamphlet twice, and still am not able to differentiate which light phase is supposed to do what. Clearer directions would be beneficial. Especially since they indicate that there are areas on the face and neck that should not be treated, but then they do not make those areas known to the reader in any clear way. I also wish there was some indication as to how long, and how frequently, these treatments can be done.That being said, I still enjoy using the device in the areas indicated. I am careful to a drove the device in the direction of the arrows in the diagram when smoothing the wand end over the cheeks, forehead, and the neck (at least, I hope that is what those arrows means). I am hopeful this appliance will be beneficial in the long run as an alternate (ant least occasionally) to expensive spa treatments.

I’ve been using this about a month. I’m really trying to work in the neck and jowl line. I do believe it’s getting noticeably better. For the neck area this is a 5-star device.It’s very unwieldy to use on your 11’s (between the eyes) and fine lines around eyes and mouth so…had I got it for that reason, this would be getting 2-3 stars, but I got it for my neck so 5 stars it is!I love this is cord-free and rechargeable. It’s easy to use just sitting on the couch.

I wanted to like this, but I kind of don't. The main issues I have with it are that the lights are overly bright and the unit is not even water resistant, let alone waterproof. I wish you could turn the lights off entirely, but unfortunately every single setting includes obtrusive lights that are so bright they trigger headaches for me. The warmth and vibration this device produces does seem to help products absorb into the skin, but the size of the device is really only suitable for the forehead, cheeks, and neck. It is much too large to use on the nose or smaller surfaces of the face. Big failure not to make the device water resistant as well - the instructions explicitly warn users not to wash the device, but to just use a cloth to wipe it. Not very hygienic! The fact that this is meant to be used with products but cannot be properly washed without becoming a hazard is really odd. But what do I know! Maybe this is right for you.

The stated purpose of this device is great. However I do not see any change after using for 2 weeks. I’ll keep using

I've been using this for about a week and love it! Honestly, I don't see any results quite yet but it just feels really good to use on the neck to where you feel like it has to be doing something. I have to read more into it but I like that it comes with the four different settings.

This is a nice facial massage / led light therapy tool. I have a number of these tools and like to test out new ones to see which work the best. This has about the same massage and light features and functions as many of the other tools I have and it works well. The thing that stands out most to me about this particular tool is the handle itself. I find it to be more comfortable to use and easier to grip than many of the other tools I have used. It has a nice contour in my opinion.

I've been using this every night on my face and neck. I'm not sure if the light makes a difference but it's useful for guiding the massager. I can't speak to long term results but I am hoping for the best.
