Sharing my thoughts. This shirt works. It will compress your fat bits and make you look slim. It makes me look good in a button down shirt. But looking good comes at a cost. It will feel like you are being tightly compressed from your neck to your waist. It is extremely uncomfortable. I assume this is what women who wore corsets felt like a hundred years ago. But again, it will make you look slim! I'd wear it out for drinks and parties, but not for sit down dinners.

Returned immediately. Sizing isn’t even close. Yes, it’s a slimming shirt, but it was 3-4 times too small. It was like attempting to put on a child’s shirt onto a grown man. Checked the tags and sure enough they were the size in ordered (which was already one size up from my normal size).

I'm 6'3", 270 lbs and ordered a 2XL, which should have been sufficient for my size given the guide and other reviews. Granted, I have very broad shoulders, but the compression section was so tight I needed my wife's help to get it on. Once it was on, it was relatively comfortable, except for the large seam across the stomach, but they're completely impractical for daily wear given how difficult they are to take on and off.
