The media could not be loaded. Tried these arch support insoles in my work shoes. They're pretty sturdy, don't squish down like some cheaper ones I've used. The gel heel part feels nice, adds some extra cushioning when I'm on my feet all day. The material seems durable, hasn't worn down much after a few weeks of use. They stick well in the shoes, don't slide around. Nice that they're not full-length, makes them easier to fit in different types of shoes. But they're not without issues. The arch support is pretty high - took some getting used to and was a bit uncomfortable at first. The metatarsal pad feels a bit odd, like there's a lump under my foot. They make my shoes feel a bit tighter, had to loosen the laces. The adhesive is strong, but makes it tricky to switch them between shoes. And while they're supposed to fit most shoes, they didn't work well in my dress shoes - too bulky. Overall, they're okay if you're looking for firm arch support. Just be prepared for an adjustment period and maybe some trial and error with shoe fit. Might work great for some people, but others might find them too intense.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Excellent arch support, have tried many this is best value for the money. Works great and have tried them is different shoes. Will be purchasing several more. Thank you. Sizing great as described.

I have tried other types of inserts but they fell flat in just a few days. But these are thicker and have lasted for about a month now and they have been pretty good! My foot pain has lessened and they are a good value for the price

i wear a ladies size 11 shoes and they fix real good.they are sturdy and WELL worth the price.

These insoles were the perfect fit to my Hokas! I needed a new insert but wasn’t sure what to get because my right foot suffers from severe plantar fasciitis, this insole provided the right support where needed!

I received immediate relief upon wearing this insert. I won’t go without it from now on.

When you step into these they will feel hard and odd.. BUT .. give it 5 mins and you dodnt even notice them. I wasnt sure I would like these but also know they are correcting something so not going to feel soft and cozy . These are really helping and as I said just wait a few mins after putting on shoes ... and you will forget they are there . Will BUY again if they wear out .

I bought these for my nephew, he has very flat feet that cause him pain especially when running and playing. He plays football so his feet are very important, these insoles changed his feet dramatically! He was able to play and run without pain for hours! He went from flat feet with no arches or heel support to normal feet. I’m very grateful i bought these and will buy again when needed.
