Been using it for couple weeks now and works well. Heat level is wonderful. No doesn't have what to use heat level for certain fabrics on the iron but it does say in the instructions pamphlet. It is but in heavy side but that doesn't bother me. Hand is very comfortable. The quality of iron is way better then most irons I have gotten. The noise is not loud at all. Overall I love this iron and how easy it is to use and serves it purposes.

Steam did not work upon opening new iron.

As first impressions, this is something very different, in a positive sense, from the steam irons I've used so far. I think the main problem, dripping, when ironing with steam, is solved with this model. However, time will tell. In the first week, all models behave "decent".

This iron makes me enjoy pressing! I use it exclusively for garment sewing and the steam output is wonderful!

This iron does not get very hot and it leaks

I bought this iron to replace my old, cheap iron and I'm pleased with the purchase. The quality is very nice. The iron itself is large and heavy duty. It heats up quickly and produces steam consistently. I like that it auto shuts off if it is lying flat after 30 seconds with no movement.

An iron that can do so many things is the best iron to have. I love that I decided to add this iron to my collection. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Especially when sewing it gets it so flat and neat

this iron wouldn't produce any steam straight out of the box. This surprised me, since the box had a label indicating that the I might see some condensation, as the iron had been tested at the factory. Hmmm. I returned it and got an iron made by Panasonic, which is a delight.
