Good towel rack but screw holes too small.
The towel rack has the dimensions and appearance that works very well in my bathroom. I would have given a fifth star except for a problem with the screw holes in both lower uprights. The screws would not go in. It appears that the hole is slightly too small for the screw threads to get a hold. The middle uprights accepted the screws just fine.

Reasonably priced
Excellent buy for the money. Easy to assemble, sturdy (heavy base plate) and the adjustable frame makes switching from clean, dry towels to damp, used ones s breeze.

Defective product
We purchased this item for our new bathroom remodel. Liked the marble type base and adjustable rails. Only been using it now for 2 weeks. Went in to change towels and the entire rack assembly fell completely off the base. When I looked down at the base the entire area around where the racks attached had disintegrated. We do not have the packaging any longer to try and return. Customer service is a joke. Cannot reach anyone at the manufacturers. Liked the look but obviously crap and not well thought out.
