Nature's Way Rhodiola Rosea 60 AD

Nature has the key to all problems and ailments. It is up to us to discover that key, which may be in the form of herb, fruit, seed, and physical movement. and so on and so forth. Likewise, Rhodiola Rosea was discovered centuries ago and people have been reaping its benefits since then. Reaping benefits depends on how pure the herb is and what is the correct dosage. I am using Nature's Way Rhodiola for just 7-8 days and I am already feeling improvement in my energy levels during long working hours. Earlier, by mid-day energy level became low enough that I used to drag the remaining time in office. Now, I am feeling like a different person, as my energy levels are high and my interest and enthusiasm for work has dramatically enhanced. I feel like a person who is more-in-control. I am happy with the product, its purity, dosage and postage time. I'd definitely recommend it to other who are looking for some nice and safe energy boosting and de-stressing herbs.

The pill casing was of questionable quality and the pills gave off a weird pungent smell within a weeks time Wouldn't recommend definitely seems like a fake product !

I originally became interested in taking this supplement after reading literature on examine.com discussing the well-supported anti-stress and anti-fatigue properties of Rhodiola Rosea. I checked a couple of stores and found very expensive liquid drops, but nothing in pill form. Amazon offers this product, conveniently at the correct dosage mentioned in the articles on examine.com, and at a very reasonable price. Per the directions on the bottle, I take one pill before breakfast and one pill before lunch. After about three weeks of supplementing, I noticed two very pronounced effects. Firstly, I wasn't nearly as tired as I usually was in the afternoon. I've always had an issue in the 2 to 3PM range where my energy and alertness levels drop off a cliff. I feel like I'm more productive in the afternoons since supplementing regularly. Secondly, I've kept track of my strength training workout numbers for all of 2013, and I noticed that I was putting up higher reps during workouts and skipping workouts less often after regularly supplementing. I have graphs to prove it! I assume at least some of that can be attributed to the supplement, as I haven't had any other significant lifestyle change. Generally, I feel more positive throughout the day. It's hard to tangibly describe, but I feel less argumentative and have a more positive outlook on what's happening around me. Even more interesting is that if I miss a few days, like when I leave my bottle of pills at work over the weekend, I have caught myself in a grumpy mood wondering "what's wrong", before remembering that I haven't taken the Rhodiola Rosea lately. I'm very skeptical of supplements in general, and I don't use any other pills, not even a multivitamin. However, I do think that the Rhodiola Rosea makes me feel a little better than I normally would, so I'm going to keep taking it. Regarding this specific product, again the dosage is perfect for what I've read, the capsules are easy to swallow, and the taste is tolerable.

I researched this herb bc my memory isn't what it used to be. I have trouble remembering what I said or did yesterday. I am hypothyroid. I bought this brand at Sprouts. The first week of taking it I remembered stuff quicker than my husband who has a quick memory. Right there i knew it has to be this supplement. He also started taking it bc he has noticed my memory has gotten better. Plus, I get better energy throughout the day and after work I still feel good and motivated to finish my daily chores. I will stay with this brand bc I know it works for me.

Perfect if you want to go sleep, other than that it has no real benefit.
