Yes, the kit contains an air mattress and the air pump to be attached to the mattress.

Q: Whats the difference between the kosmocare mm1 and mm2 models ?

There are mainly two differences:1. The mattress of MM2 has microscopic holes which ventilate the patient's back, which is missing in MM1 mattress.2. Pump in MM2 is a heavier duty one. Slightly better quality than MM1 model.We, as a seller, recommend our customers to go in for MM2.
