I won a skating w/ MN Wild players but I do not know how to skate , in order for my son to skate with the players I had to be in the ice. I practiced but fell multiple times and I was happy to find this product, I never fell while using this. The only problem is the tape, I used different double sided tape. Mr. Fleury noticed my skate and asked me about the product, I told him I do not how to skate, he told me it's all good and he likes it. I do not know if I will know how to skate without the skate trainer but the feeling that I was able to skate by myself without falling was awesome.

Just like a lot of reviews say,… this is not meant to last long, but it IS a big help to get started. I couldn’t have learned to ice skated without these! A little tricky to install on skates, need some patience. I felt nervous and uneasy on ice, BUT I COULD STAND AND SORT OF SKATE! My first time around small pond was slow and cautious, but each time around got easier. After about 25 times around, I felt comfortable enough to remove the trainers. When sat down to remove, I noticed one of the trainers was already coming off,…the rubber pad came unstuck from skate. Didn’t really matter, because by then I didn’t need trainers. I wasn’t good, but could get around pond by myself, without holding anything! When I came inside, and skates warmed, and dried,…I could again stick the rubber pad, so Skate trainers be ready for the next freeze. I highly recommend, and probably will buy again for my son to learn skating.

We needed these for my son’s ice skates. They give him more confidence not to fall on the ice immediately. Easy to attach and durable.

This was a complete waste of $30. The black foam positioner didn't stick on for even a second. It also didn't position the guides in a way that would assist my son--they were extremely crooked and didn't help him on the ice. It appears that the skates were too small to work properly and get the right angle, but he is a size 12 in kids, so I didn't expect for that to be an issue.

What a great product. Sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble. They really gave me confidence on the ice since I have not skated for years! And I didn't fall once!

I bought my 3 year old these. Unfortunately the boot on the bottom has to be flat or they dont work. The bauer little champs are not compatible with these.

These worked great!! Haven’t been able to take them skating too many times so I can’t speak to long term durability, but they work just as advertised and look like they’ll hold up well. Gave my new skaters just enough confidence to develop their skills! They do have a part that attaches by sticky to the skate, so (since we were using rentals and I didn’t want to accidentally donate them to the rink!) I rigged a non-permanent sticky on the outside of the tape. I don’t know if the stickers it comes with would have been permanent or not—I didn’t want to risk it! But they held on find with my Macguyvering. 😁 And my kids had a blast!

These are helpful when kids are learning to skate. They fit the skates well and make them feel confident on the ice. The only negative is that you can’t really use the “pushers” that are traditionally used when learning to skate with these on but you don’t really need a pusher when wearing these

This works as advertised. Easy to install, and they helped my kids gain confidence while learning to skate. Way better and more convenient than cheese cutters or chair/skating aid.

Awesome product. Works great and adds great stability for them to learn to move there feet

Super Produkt, nach einiger Frustration, weil die Laufhilfen im Eisstadion immer vergriffen waren hat das Produkt dazu geführten, dass das Eislaufen jetzt richtig Spaß macht.Einziger Nachteil: je nach Bauart des Schlittschuhs kann die Montage schwierig werden-hier waren es welche, die größenverstellbar waren, was den Platz etwas einschränkte. Auch würde das Produkt nicht lange gebraucht, weil das Kind schnell sicher würde, was zugleich auch der große Vorteil ist.

They fit the bottom of the skate well but the rubber spacer that comes with it did not hold the sticky side so we found that they did move around on the bottom of her skates, still worked though. Also bought a pair for my sons skates size y6 and they were taller then the skate so unfortunately he could not use them because the skates didn’t touch the ice.
