The MILTON Carafe 1500 is a solid product with great durability and no leakage, and the company’s customer service is seriously impressive if something wrong happens they’ll send you a free replacement without any questions asked. I’ve been using it for a year to pour tea, and while it keeps the tea hot for about 3 hours, it doesn’t hold the heat all day.
