faulty piece , how to replace

Very poor quality especially for the price

I had ordered some Alton products in the past and ordered four angle corks for my bathroom rework. However, extremely disappointed with the quality of these. Three of them were leaking after fixing (probably because of the silicone ring). I bought few local ones for less than 150 bucks as alternative and they worked like a charm. Interestingly the local ones were more heavier as well.

Looks good, works well, easy to install, good quality

We replaced old, rusted, stuck angle valves with these and we'd say it is certainly value for money. The installation was easy, as we have access to a good plumber. :) So far, they work very well without any leaks or other problems. They look good, too.
