I dont have a gym membership, so I bought this to add to my collections in the house, tbh at first I was finding it difficult to use them ,but now I can't workout without them, it mostly got everything I need . Perfect for the price

I tried it, and the Pilates reformer bar set is a great addition to my home workouts. The resistance bands offer good variety with different strength levels, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced users. The bar itself feels sturdy and comfortable to grip. However, based on my experience, finding a strong and secure place to hook the bands was a bit challenging, and the door anchor setup took some trial and error to get right. Once properly secured, though, it provides a solid workout for full-body toning. Overall, it’s a versatile and effective fitness tool, but setting it up securely requires some patience.

I’m very pleased with this Pilates bar set. This is the first set of its kind that I have bought. I have been using the 30lb bands on alternate days with the bar to do Pilates. I’m only 150 cm tall and I have found the resistance adequate for a beginner. So far the bands have lasted and I haven’t had any mishaps. I like the little A3 posters with the exercise options. I’m also following instructional videos by other content creators on YouTube. I bought the set during the Black Friday sale and I’m very happy with my purchase.

It’s good quality!!However when it comes to squats there’s little or no tension on it for me,And I got the set with 30kg resistance unfortunately I think I’m just to short I’m 5.3.Hopefully this will help you decide if you want to buy

So happy with my purchase! Love that I can stack the weights so that I’m getting a better pump. I think it’s well worth the price, compared to others you’re getting more equipment and possible uses for it.
