After about 1.5 to 2 weeks I can feel the difference in my energy levels throughout the day, more drive less need for afternoon naps and a more toned look to my physique and overall better performance in the gym. Probably best to cycle on and off this product so tolerance doesn't develop.

The is rated a 4 only because I am still in the first week of using the item, and I need to see if the positives continue. It was not really noticeable the first day, but this is the fourth day and I am much more awake and focused than I have been lately. I have not had the chance to increase my exercise routine and see what happens, but I will start that this weekend. There are no side effects. I do not have any gastric issues. Have gotten a steady and clean feeling boost of energy in all areas if you catch my meaning. After about a week it really started to kick in

Works great. Helps me keep focus and perform. Recommend eating something before or while you take this. On an empty stomach it could cause nausea.
