UHF performance

Urban performance over 1 km through three dense housing estates with 5w power on UHF 440MHz using the antennas inside on hand-held transceiver gives very good readability and clarity of reception (5x9). Construction is reasonably robust.

These have a very high SWR, avoid.

I bought these as backups for the antenna that came with my TidRadio TD H-8.But after checking the SWR which is over 2.5, I didn't bother using them.Unfortunately the return window closed.
