Great back stretch!
Very easy to assemble and helps with back pain. I always hear some cracks in my spine as it stretches over the apparatus. I use it once a day for about 2 minutes and it improves my posture and flexibility. Great value for the money.

Works but hurts
This is great and my husband loves it! It does help stretch your back, but the downside for me is that the little pokey things hurt my back. My back is pretty sensitive so it hurts and makes it hard for me to relax. It is very durable, both my husband and I are heavy- at our heaviest while using this we were close to 300 pounds and it worked great and didn't collapse like another brand of this we had.

Decent device,
Solid build, kinda rough around the edges, like stuck on plastic wraps, but functional. I like it

It works well.
I purchased two of these. One for each house. Works great. Surgeon says it is a good device. I find the next step of a three step arch is too much for me. But lay on it for 15-20 minutes helps back pain. The pricks are a little painful and don’t understand the use of them. I use a towel between the device and my body

Not new in box
Not sure if it was just mine, but I'm pretty sure it was previously used. The box was marked with other stickers and not shrink wrapped. It may not have been packed shrink wrapped??? But I know it shouldn't have come with any stickers if it were new. The blue center strip was not attached and was lose in the box.

It's a feel good hurt
My favorite thing about the Minoll back stretcher (and popper?) Is it has three different levels of use. My husband uses the 1st, lowert setting. He can't handle it but he's in the oil patch and has a very stiff back. He'll use it for about 5 minutes then has to get up. I, on the othere hand, start at level 2 and place it at different spots on my back. Once that's over, level 3 is the main stretcher. My back stretchs and pops in a good painful yet manageable pain. You have to keep in mind, your back hasn't moved like this before so it takes a while to get used to. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. When I travel long periods of time, I take it with me. I set a towel down (who knows what's been on that floor!) and start stretching. It has helped me get some mobility back. I also have one specially for my neck that aligns the spine. These work GREAT together. I pur a four only because my husband is a sissy and can't handle it.

Simple solid device
So basic, yet perfect for stretching out my lumbar region. I had a ruptured l5 many years ago. Surgery helped, but my back has gotten stick and sore recently. I’m able to gently stretch my back out without pain.
