I don't eat the healthiest and need a product that helps provide my body with the nutrients it needs. It helps to alkalize the body, because cancer thrives in an acidic atmosphere and cannot survive in a well alkalized body, it gives her increased energy, focus, and all around just makes you feel better.If you've never had any form of protein powder or powder form greens, this may be a bit hard for you to get used to. It's gritty and I'm not going to lie, it tastes like grass. It is so worth it though because of the benefits it offers the body. For me, mixing it with 8 ounces of water is just too painstaking. I usually mix it with 2 ounces of water and chug away.I've been taking it for 7 days now and I can honestly say that I have more energy than I have in a long time. I'm normally very lethargic, lack motivation, have no desire to work out, etc. I wasn't sure if it was working or not until I forgot to take it one day and I couldn't believe how I felt.
