Good and ready for future
I have been using this laptop more than a year that I can say it is slow than what I was expecting. But it doesn't mean this is related to the laptop's hardware. It uses an AI processor and operating system (windows) is not yet optimised for those CPU. It takes time. So basically softwares must be optimised for those AI CPUs. Another thing is a noise coming from the hinge area when opening and closing the laptop. The laptop has a very good and stylish design.

Sadly returning
I'm sadly returning my s16. For the first week it was wonderful. For the last week or so it has had issues waking up, nothing worked, the battery is fully charged, the only option was to hold the power button until the lights flashed and a forced reset took place. Event viewer showed many errors relating to power. Then today I was using it, I turned away a few minutes, the display went off as it should, I turned back, it was dead again, power reset and up it came but enough is enough. Not sure if it's hardware or software, I tried all sorts of troubleshooting but nothing has worked so back it goes. I have seen a number of reviews mentioning similar power issues which makes me worry. I don't want to spend such a large amount of money and then live in terror of the device packing up. The fact that others are seeing similar issues would suggest it is a hardware issue and not a one off. When it works it is a beautiful machine, it would be nice if it had a proper GPU and ran a little cooler without the fans. The battery life could be better too. But it's a lottery as to whether it will turn back on or need a full power reset and I am sorry but that is just a step too far. I hope they sort it out in the next version, then maybe I can try again. For now it just isn't a good option. I need a computer I can rely on. It's too expensive to have to tolerate issues like this. It needs to work and be reliable. It looks great but style over substance isn't acceptable for a computer.

Lovely machine. Very happy with cit but has quirks
It's a beautiful laptop and very powerful. Much faster than my 2019 MacBook pro I forgot windows has lots of quirks to test your patience but I don't know whether its window or Asus or user fault. Screen is beautiful, I wish it was Matt rather that shiny as reflections can affect the screen. Sound from the speaker isn't as good as expected but then it is a laptop not a sound system. Is it worth it? The specs are top end. I'd maybe expect it to have a dedicated graphics card but the onboard chip is VERY powerful so it does compare somewhat. Full price i wouldn't buy it but it is the same level as a MacBook M3 which is it more expensive with lower storage m. Trest yourself. The YouTube videos on the product are very favourable

Very good laptop
I've been using this laptop for a few weeks with Arch Linux installed and I have to say I'm very satisfied. I've stressed the processor enough to say it's very reliable. Battery consumption is good and the screen is excellent. The only flaw is the memory, which is not expandable: 32GB is sufficient today, but in a few years it may not be enough, especially for my use.

Not Recommended
Beautiful on the outside, but disappointing in day-to-day use. Performance is good, but several strange hiccups ranging from a flickering screen, the blue screen of death for no reason, and sometimes shutting down without opening for a few minutes of pressing the power button for no reason. Above all else, the thermals and fan - are always, always blazing. Minecraft, anything more than 5 chrome tabs, or even a zoom call, was enough for this laptop to get uncomfortably hot with noticeable fan noise. The chassis and feeble cooling are to blame, and overshadows everything that's great about this laptop. It only says terrible things about how long this laptop will last, despite its steep price tag; don't be fooled by the pretty lid and OLED high-resolution display.

Not fit for purpose Asus Zenbook 16
Unfit for purpose. Read the other feedback. Mine also runs very hot and loud and every few days totally crashes. You then have to do a hard reset (unplug and hold the power button for 40 seconds) and eventually it boots. But for £125o this top of the range, Asus Zenbook 16 with OLED screen and high performance graphic card and processor is obviously a bad design. It made me install various updates but none have solved the issue which happens more and more frequently. I would expect a refund from Asus UK, or Amazon and also some compensation for a lot of time wasted on this very expensive paperweight.

Incredible performance, but had to return due to system instability
This laptop was much faster than I expected everything ran so smoothly! As a long-time MacBook user, I can honestly say I was very impressed. Before buying, I researched many processors, and among AI chips, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 clearly stands out as the best. Combined with 32GB of RAM, the performance was amazing. I even upgraded the SSD to a 7000MB/s NVMe drive, which made it perform even better. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it kept showing blue screens and restarting during use. I thought the unit was faulty, so I exchanged it for another one but the same issue happened again. That’s when I decided to stop trying. I really loved this laptop, but those constant resets made me hesitant. If I find another model with the same processor combination, I’ll definitely consider giving it another try.
