This has many uses and my use was to reduce swelling post hip surgery. The set up was very straight forward and the pad used for the hip area was perfectly fine. Instead of filling with ice, I used two used 1l Robinsons juice bottles filled with frozen water which lasted much longer than the sessions and the periods, I was using it for. The timer that comes with it is great to and just gives you that one less thing to worry about feeling. It's a great bit of kit and I have no doubt I will certainly get my moneys worth of usage and pain relief from it. Great product and very effective and relieving pain and helping with swelling

I bought this machine after foot surgery. Its great not too big but keeps the water ice cold. Only hiccup is one of the connectors comes off occasionally

For the price it's brilliant, better and cheaper to use ice blocks made from a plastic container.

I have twisted my ankle at a wedding really bad and I have seen this on Amazon and bought it , really happy that I have bought it.Really easy to install and use, it is really light , you just have to add water to the level and ice after you just put it around your leg or hand . You can use it all over your body if necessary. It is a good investment
