A taste of home!!
We moved to North Carolina from Chicago and can’t find good food anywhere..... forget about finding Italian beef or giardiniera. I ordered this on amazon so I could make my own Chicago Style Italian beef sandwiches. This Giardiniera is perfect!! It tastes just like what we would get in Chicago.

Not the typical gardiniara
This was not what I expected. It is not salty at all and lacks the vinegar flavor that I'm used too in other gardiniara. The oil has a very distinct curry type flavor profile. Kind of off putting on a italian dip sandwich. Otherwise the texture and crunch of the peppers are really good.

Taste great with my food.
I love Giardiniera, I put this on tacos sandwiches, and hot dogs/ polish sausage, and it taste great.
