They're connecting switch ports to other devices in our home data rack, including three NAS units, a router, and workstation links. They're flexible enough to allow them to be tucked into narrow slots between rack shelves while still aligning with RJ45 sockets. They went from package to completed installation in minutes, they support some 10 Gb data transport very well, they were reasonably priced, and the color allows me to have visible separation of equipment.
