Absolutely perfect case and worth every penny! Protects the phone without compromising the look

A protective case has one job and this doesn't do it.My phone screen cracked in this, despite not even being dropped. It's so bad. Despite the 'Made for Google' title, this is not up to the job... and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is a very expensive and apparently fragile device so it really needs something a lot stronger than this!Also I had to get the case replaced because the first one I ordered didn't fit properly - screen cover was too small?!This looks effective but it really is not. Which is a shame because the folding hinge protection looks the part and seemed to work well. But it just doesn't protect the phone properly - it's a hard shell on a hard phone - should have known better.

The case appears to be very good so far. Includes hinge protection and enough padding that the phone is well protected, while retaining slimness. I don't think you can get much slimmer without compromising on protection. I haven't dropped the phone yet, so it's a bit too early to comment on how it actually works in practice, but so far looks good. Also, no unnecessary embellishments etc. apart from saying SPIGEN on the spine, but that's barely visible, so overall, it's a nice, stylish case.The one drawback is that it uses double sided tape to attach itself to the phone properly, and it's not possible to swap the SIM without removing the case. I did that once and it did not seem to affected the adhesive too badly, but I suspect that repeated removal would be a problem.

Excellent shell although it does add bulk to the phone and now it won't fit in my chest pocket but that's a minor niggle but had to drop one star for it

Did not last. The case needed glueing after 6 months, then the sticky strips came off. Now after a year, it's hanging off my phon and I need a new one. For the price that's pretty poor. A redeeming quality is that I've dropped my phone a handful of times and it's not broken.

Fantastic case that looks high quality on the Pro Fold 9.Easy to fit and protects the hinge which most cases don't.Also has nice raised edges to protect the front screen.Expensive but well worth the money

The case is very good case if not expensive. however I you a screen thick prrotector on the front screen you will struggle to get good cohesin between the case and the phone. Causing the front screen cover to pop off eveytime you open it. Also the front screen case doesn't have a protector built in.

When i received the case for my phone i had high hopes. Spigen i believed were a premium manufacturer and thus i trusted this product to protect my phone. After having problems opening my phone fully flat i then decided to remove the case to exam the issue. To my horror there was a sharp pin protruding from the the inside of the case and a deep scratch on the spine of the phone. The pin had obviously been preventing my inner screen from lying flat and had then damaged the edge of my phone.After contacting Spigen I received a message stating that they could not be responsible for any misuse or other circumstances but on this occasion they would provide me with a refund with no need to return the case. I refused this offer on several occasions making it clear that their product which was designed to protect my phone had actually damaged it significantly reducing its retail value. They have continued to deny any responsibility even with the photo evidence.As a customer i felt that i was being dismissed and that there was an underlying tone of accusation and misuse of the product which could not be further from the truth. This may be a rare occurrence but it happened and Spigen do not seem interested in even investigating and potential issue, never asking for the case to be returned for examination.I would caution anyone purchasing this product to think twice, furthermore anyone considering buying the new pixel 10 pro fold in a few weeks I would not purchase a case from Spigen as they seem very uninterested in addressing this issue.
