Now, as you already know from the description, this stuff is nasty. In fact...it's next level nasty. It's not just nasty...it's incredibly extremely very nasty. I promise that it's a kind of nasty that you've never experienced before. It literally smells like urine, but tastes like finely ground up plastic. It has a very industrial taste about it - like something that is not meant for consumption. So, what I do is stir two servings in a shot glass of water (one serving does absolutely nothing for me) and then quickly chase it down with club soda. I used to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon to give me that lift that I need, but the problem with caffeine is that it sometimes gives me insomnia.
