I thought that the consistency of the product would be thicker and kind of like a milky/creamy conditioner. It comes out basically like a spray bottle/water and very liquidy. I have long hair so I had to spray it around 10 times or so in order to be able to get full coverage of my long hair (not the roots per instructions). I left it in and rinsed off and my hair just felt clean. Not sure if it does any repairing and leaves more to be desired to be honest.
