It helps with water retention and inflammation for me in pcos, but the recommend dose is giving me constipation. But a lesser dose is working fine for me😊

I woke up so anxious
I had morning anxiety issues after a few days taking it and I believe it is to high dose for me. Unfortunately item is non refundable! Please consult with doctor regarding right dosage before taking it!
