I had cataract surgery and needed to keep from moving my head to the left. I am usually a head mover at night but this reminded me to hold steady without any pressure. Also adjustable for head width. Great product. This was very comfortable and has a washable cover. Wish was less expensive. Will use again when I get other eye cataract removed.

Bought for my bedridden mother who has a stroke and favoring one side which causes neck pain. This cover didn’t fit the styrofoam and the blocks on the side were not secured so would just flop around and move. The straps are not long enough to wrap around a normal mattress, only a thin mattress. Junk. Good idea, but junk.

I don't know what this is connected to in the product photo. The strap won't fit around even a twin mattress. Luckily, we are using a hospital bed that has side rails to use. Even with that, there is no extra play for adjustment.Also, it is very difficult to remove the cushions to clean.However it is usable and works OK.

I purchased this for my grandmother who has issues with acid reflux. She absolutely loves it!! She’s tried many other similar pillows and has been unhappy prior to this one!

I purchased for my husband to sleep properly. It worked initially when I first used but my husband moved around a little bit too much. I also couldn't use the strap because it was not long enough for my King size bed. I believe it would've worked out better if it was a little firmer and the strap was longer. I think it works fine depending on the situation.

This El-cheapo product was late with USPS delivery, came vacuum packed and not looking anything like expensive product I received!. I doubt that will change once it 'plumbs up' 24 hours from now. Absolutely no instructions on how to put it together or even a pictorial that would show assembly. A blatant example of good ol' American greed!

Product sizing was way off. Was too wide and sides too flimsy. An adult head was still able to lay to the side too much to be useful product. Product did not work as intended. Disappointed.
