We've used this stuff for years and have not found anything better, much much better than Por15, this stuff bonds to clean metal too where por15 seems to only like rust to bond to, this stuff also has a UV protection in it, great stuff

Worked very well on my trailer frame and my old truck that I'm restoring great bond and great protection from the rust

I used it for the roof of my jeep cherokee which was starting to surface rust. Roughed up the roof/paint with a 4.5" scotch brite wheel on an angle grinder. Then applied paint with a 6" roller brush. It went on easy and dried fast in our high humidity. The only negative was the way it was shipped. Paint had leaked out all over the can so i couldnt read the instructions. Amazon should of shipped it in sealed bag or something else instead of the standard box and puffy bags.

Better than paint. Easy to apply. Long lasting.

Works as advertised

I purchased this AGS product to compare it to Eastwood's rust inhibitor and Por-15 rust preventative. I've now used all three on auto frames and where I want to stop rust. The Por says it's not UV resistant so if that matters AGS is better. I couldn't find any real difference between Eastwood's inhibitor and AGS. Both flowed about the same and dried rock hard and just the right sheen. The main difference comes down to price... after taxes, shipping and the handling cost to dent the cans ... AGS came out a bit cheaper. All in all, for the money, I'm liking this product !

OK at best. Slightly gummy when cured. Tried bruhing, foam roller and spray. Does not lay down well. Good enough for chassis paint if its not going to be seen. Not a replacement for Por 15.

Use a wire brush to scrub away the surface rust under trucks. Apply the paint to underbody of vehicle for frame rust prevention. Works well stopped the surface rust from spreading. Use eye protection and paint mask while working under your vehicle and put down something to catch the drip.
