I just received it, not sure how it works but why is the package so large and only few pills on the bottom?

Still trying to ascertain if these actually work or not...
Bought these to try and tackle arthritic flare ups but I can't really say whether they've been effective or not because the thing with my flare ups is they do go after a while. Did these speed up the "flare down" process? No, not really. Will they prevent flare ups happening again? Doubtful. Will they decrease the frequency of flare ups long term...? Who knows. Packaging is funky and being in 'easy to swallow' form are the only positives so far. Might try them for a bit longer and report back...
